A man found deceased earlier this week has been identified.
According to a press release, the Kodiak Police Department received a call Wednesday morning of a man in the water on Shelikoff Street near St. Paul Harbor, and pronounced him dead at the scene.
According to Lt. DJ Clumpner, the man was Clayton Edmond Ulroan, 27 years old. Clumpner says the case is still under investigation, but no foul play is suspected, and there is nothing at this point indicating that the cause of death was anything other than a fall.
