Below is a press release on the next chance to testify on ferry funding and the Alaska Marine Highway System. It is posted as received, except to clarify who is holding meeting and when.

The Alaska House Transportation committee will be holding another hearing, Thursday, March 14 for the purpose of additional public comments on the AMHS.

They are asking for new testifiers for this meeting to give all Alaskans the opportunity to comment.

If you have already testified, thank you, please feel free to forward this message to anyone who may be interested.

If you would like to testify, please come to the Legislative Information Office tomorrow, March 14before 1:30 PM to sign up for the public comment period.

If you are unable to attend, written comments to House.Transportation@akleg.gov are encouraged.
