Kodiak has another new confirmed case of COVID-19 Thursday, according to the Kodiak Area Emergency Services Organization. The individual is a Kodiak resident, and their contraction of the virus is presently under investigation. Kodiak City Council approves $500 credit for water and sewer bills

The Kodiak City Council unanimously approved a credit of $500 for water and sewer utility bills for each household and business customer that applies.
