On Tuesday, students learned to tie fly fishing flies that resemble the different life stages of juvenile salmon.

New Chenega Bay Rep Also Named Kodiak’s Iver Malutin will be representing the Kodiak Village Mayor’s Association on the Prince William Sound Regional Citizens Advisory Committee. RCAC spokesman Stan Jones announced that change, among others Tuesday.
