With most of the Kodiak Island Borough voting precincts reporting Bill Roberts is in the lead to be the new borough mayor. As of 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, Roberts lead challenger Sandra Katelnikoff-Lester 874 votes to 402. In the race for Borough Assembly Scott Arndt leads with 780 votes. 2016 Salmon Disaster relief calculations ‘inequitable,’ Rep. Stutes advices fishermen double-check their proposed payout
