Memorial Held for Murdered Coastguardsmen

Jennifer Canfield/KMXT Over 800 people gathered in hangar 3 on the Coast Guard base for the memorial honoring Petty Officer 1st Class James Hopkins and retiredCchief Petty Officer Richard Belisle today.
