One person is dead following a hit-and-run incident discovered early Wednesday morning on West Rezanof Drive near Pier III. Drivers downtown should be aware that part of the traffic light at the corner of Rezanof Drive and Marine Way is not working. The Kodiak Police Department says the light is broken on the side facing traffic coming in from Bells Flats and the airport.
